READ ME INFORMATION FOR OZONE RISK REPORT

The ZIP file (O3supl.zip) contains files to reproduce a February 11, 1997 memorandum from
Harvey Richmond to Karen Martin, titled "Supplemental Ozone Exposure and Health Risk
Analyses" and two attached technical support documents that are supplements to previous
technical reports assessing human exposure and health risks associated with alternative ozone
national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS). The memorandum and attached supplemental
reports support the ongoing review by U.S. EPA staff of the national ambient air quality
standards (NAAQS) for ozone.

Although the file names are somewhat self-explanatory, the following table is provided to give
additional information about the contents of each file:File SpecificationProgramFile Contentssuppmemo.wp6WordPerfect 6.1February 11, 1997 memorandum from

This document was created using primarily the CG Times typeface. If your computer does not
have the CG Times typeface, WordPerfect will substitute a similar typeface. If a substitute
typeface is used, the paragraphs may fall at different places on the page, and the text in some
tables may be jumbled. Different printers may also format the text differently than originally
planned. Remember to check your output for these potential problems. For best results, set the
graphics and text quality to high in the print menu.

The graphics pages will not print well via WordPerfect 6.x (Windows or DOS) because of an
incompatibility with the older WordPerfect graphics format that was used to create all of the
figures. For best results, print pages with graphics in high graphics quality mode via
WordPerfect 5.1 on a Hewlett Packard Laserjet 4Plus printer that is equipped with at least 10
Mb of RAM. If you do not have sufficient printer memory, you may be able to print the
document by printing with graphics set to "draft quality."
