What We Do

OITO Implements and manages the enterprise Information Technology (IT) infrastructure services and solutions to support the EPA mission. This includes hardware (computers and servers), software and licensing, networks, data centers, and security to operate, monitor, manage and/or support Agency IT services (under the Working Capital Fund) for cloud, application hosting, high-performance computing, secure network telecommunications for data and voice services, email and software applications, end-user mobility collaboration tools including laptops and mobile devices, contracts and service level agreements, and the Enterprise IT Service Desk.
