Additional Updates to 2011 and 2023 Emissions – Version 6.3 Platform Technical Support Document
Technical Support Document describes how the emission inventories were prepared for air quality modeling for the years 2011 and 2023 using a version of the 2011, version 6.3 emissions modeling platform that was updated to address public comments. This platform is based on the 2011 National Emissions Inventory, Version 2 and was used to update an analysis of interstate transport with respect to the 2008 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard. This update includes the modeling cases 2011en and 2023en.
