Administrative Law Judges: Pilot Program to Migrate Certain Regional Hearing Clerk Functions to the Headquarters Hearing Clerk

For contested cases in which an answer was filed after May 1, 2012, the Office of Administrative Law Judges and the Headquarters Hearing Clerk shall be the custodian of the official record and the proper filing location for all motions, notices, and correspondence, other than consent agreements and final orders, in cases before the Administrative Law Judges (ALJs).
