2020 TSCA Chemical Data Reporting Fact Sheet: Co-Manufactured Chemicals
This fact sheet provides information on existing Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) regulations for persons who are involved in co-manufacturing of chemical substances that may be subject to the CDR rule. New procedures for reporting co-manufactured chemical substances are in use beginning with the 2020 CDR submission period.
