Benefits and Costs of the Clean Air Act, 1990 to 2020. Second Prospective Report Science Advisory Board Study Review

On May 12, 2003, EPA released an analytical blueprint for the third study in the series of Reports to Congress, entitled The Benefits and Costs of the Clean Air Act. The third report, Benefits and Costs of the Clean Air Act 1990-2020, updates and extends the November 1999 prospective study. EPA's Science Advisory Board (SAB) Council on Clean Air Act Compliance Analysis conducted a series of public review meetings to discuss the analytical blueprint.
