Financing Terms Greater Than 30 Years Memorandum

This memorandum addresses financing terms greater than 30 years in the Drinking Water State Revolving Funds and replaces the "Financing Terms Greater than 20 Years in the Drinking Water State Revolving Funds," memorandum issued on April 14, 2014. This revision is in accordance with changes to the Safe Drinking Water Act through America's Water Infrastructure Act of 2018.
