List of Laboratories Approved by EPA for the Third and Fourth Unregulated Contaminant Monitoring Rule (UCMR 3 and UCMR 4)

EPA's UCMR 3 and UCMR 4 Laboratory Approval Programs ended in December 2016 and December 2021, respectively, coinciding with the end of the UCMR 3 and UCMR 4 cycles. The list of UCMR 3 and UCMR 4 laboratories will remain posted for the foreseeable future to exclusively serve as a reference for interested stakeholders seeking the analytical services of a previously approved UCMR 3 or UCMR 4 laboratory. Stakeholders interested in finding a UCMR 5 qualified laboratory should refer to UCMR 5.

The following documents identify laboratories that were approved to support monitoring under the third and fourth Unregulated Contaminant Monitoring Rules (UCMR 3 and UCMR 4).
