2024 GAC Advice Letter (pdf) (155.63 KB, January 19, 2024) The letters address the following four questions: Identifying exemplary cities in North America that serve as examples of successful: Climate governance that advances urban climate adaptation. Identify cities ready (or able) to develop climate adaptation plans and that would benefit from guidance by cities that have implemented advanced climate adaptation initiatives Provide examples of good practices for coordinating city pairs programs to obtain the best results Provide examples of funding mechanisms that cities can access to support climate adaptation actions.
