Public Comment Period:  Individuals or groups making remarks during the oral public comment period will be limited to two (2) to three (3) minutes. Please be prepared to briefly share your comments; including your recommendations on what you want the NEYAC to advise EPA to do. Submitting written comments for the record are strongly encouraged.  

The public can submit written comments in 2 different ways: 

1. Entering comments in the Docket EPA-HQ-OA-2024-0043 at regulations.gov.

2. Sending comments via email to neyac@epa.gov.

Written comments can be submitted up to two weeks after the meeting closes on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
