Anniston Lead Site: Section 122 Administrative Agreement and Order on Consent for Removal Action

This Agreement provides for the performance of time critical removal activities at the Anniston Lead Site, time critical and non-time critical removal activities at the Anniston PCB Site, and the reimbursement of certain response costs incurred by the United States and the Alabama Department of Environmental Management ("ADEM") at or in connection with the Anniston Lead Site.
