Chief FOIA Officer Reports

The Chief FOIA Officer must  submit an annual  narrative report to the Department of Justice's Attorney General. The report contains  detailed descriptions of  EPA's FOIA administration and steps taken to implement the Attorney General's FOIA Guidelines to improve FOIA compliance and transparency.
