Summary
Subpart OO applies to any facility that (1) produces fluorinated greenhouse gases (GHGs), fluorinated heat transfer fluids (HTFs), or nitrous oxide (N2O); (2) destroys 25,000 mt CO2e or more of fluorinated GHGs or fluorinated HTFs annually; or (3) imports or exports industrial GHGs with annual bulk amounts of fluorinated GHGs, fluorinated HTFs, N2O, and CO2 that, collectively, are equivalent to 25,000 mt CO2e or more.
