Exceptions to the Grants.gov Submission Requirement
All initial applications submitted for EPA competitive assistance agreement awards, including fellowships, based on solicitations issued on or after February 17, 2015 must be submitted using Grants.gov.
All initial applications for non-competitive assistance agreement awards submitted on or after February 17, 2015 must be submitted using Grants.gov.
