Interagency Steering Committee on Radiation Standards (ISCORS)

  • Interagency Forum on Radiation Protection

    ISCORS is a forum for Federal agencies to keep abreast of national and international radiation protection activities.

    Members and Observer Agencies

The Interagency Steering Committee on Radiation Standards (ISCORS) is comprised of eight Federal agencies, three Federal observer agencies and two state observer agencies. ISCORS facilitates consensus on acceptable levels of radiation risk to the public and workers and promotes consistent risk approaches in setting and implementing standards for protection from ionizing radiation.
