EPA no longer supports the stand-alone FORTRAN version of the NONROAD model. It likely would need to be recompiled for use in current versions of the Windows operating system. Instead, EPA has included Nonroad equipment estimates in our current MOVES model. You can obtain the MOVES model from our web site at:

Latest Version of MOtor Vehicle Emission Simulator (MOVES)

Although the MOVES version of Nonroad does not include all of the features available in the FORTRAN version, it does include all of the sectors and equipment types and updated emission rates for toxics.
