is authorized to discharge from a facility located at 385 NM 65 in Montezuma, San Miguel County, New Mexico to receiving waters named the Gallinas River, Segment No. 20.6.4.220, of the Pecos River Basin, the discharge is located on that water at the following coordinates:
Outfall 001: Latitude 35d 39' 07" North and Longitude 105d 16' 31" West
in accordance with this cover page and the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions set forth in Part I, Part II, and Part III hereof.
