is authorized to discharge to receiving waters unnamed, a tributary to the Rio Puerco on Pueblo of Laguna Reservation Land from a facility located in Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, Interstate 40 at exit 140.
The discharge is located on that water at the following coordinates:
Outfall 001: Latitude 35° 01' 25" North and Longitude 106° 56' 53" West
in accordance with this cover page and the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions set forth in Part I, Part II, Part III, and Part IV hereof.
