Public Notice: Lac Vieux Desert Wastewater Facility NPDES Permit MI-0055204-5

Summary

In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, proposes to reissue a NPDES permit for the discharge from the Lac Vieux Desert Wastewater Facility located within the Lac Vieux Desert Indian Reservation in Gogebic County, Watersmeet Township, Michigan (SE ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 22, Township 45N, Range 39W), to a wetland tributary to Bonifas Creek, in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions. EPA is public noticing this tentative decision to reissue the permit.
