Nett Lake Wastewater Stabilization Lagoon NPDES Permit

Summary

In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, the Bois Forte Band of Chippewa is authorized by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, to discharge from the Nett Lake Wastewater Stabilization Lagoon located within the Bois Forte Indian Reservation, St. Louis County, Nett Lake, Minnesota (S ½ of Section 18, T65N, R21W), to a wetland area that drains to Nett Lake, in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions. EPA is public noticing this tentative decision to reissue the permit.
