NPDES Pretreatment Discharge Requirements for Monument Powder Coating in Colorado

Monument Powder Coating is a powder coater that phosphates metal parts in preparation for the powder coating unit operation and is classified as a Categorical Industrial User (CIU), subject to the Metal Finishing regulations found in 40 CFR Part 433. The control mechanism CO-PF00108 authorizes Monument Powder Coating to discharge to the Town of Fruita publicly owned treatment works under the identified outfalls as a CIU.
