In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, (33 U.S.C. 1251 et. seq; the "Act"),

is authorized to discharge to an unnamed tributary on Choctaw Nation tribal trust land thence to Yashau (Yashoo) Creek, Planning Segment 410210, of the Upper Arkansas River Basin, from a facility located at Highway 259A, Hochatown, in the S½, SE¼, Section 1, Township 5 South, Range 24 East, Indian Meridian, McCurtain County, Oklahoma.
The discharge is located on that water at the following coordinates:
Outfall 001: Latitude 34° 08' 52.0741" N, Longitude 94° 44' 26.3482" W
in accordance with this cover page and the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions set forth in Part I, Part II, Part III, and Part IV hereof.
