Interim Policy for Repair of Pesticide Containers
Approximately five million pounds of consumer pesticide products may become waste each year in the United States due to damage to pesticide containers before the pesticides can be sold by retailers. While we are considering a generally applicable policy, we will consider on a case-by-case basis whether to allow repair of minor damage to pesticide containers. This document provides information about the implementation of this interim policy.
