Mitigation Menu Archived Versions

EPA intends to revise the ecological mitigations to reflect updates as new ESA strategies are finalized or as new information becomes available that necessitate change. EPA intends to maintain copies of the past versions of the Ecological Mitigation Menu page and the mitigation descriptions for reference for enforcement purposes. The table below provides the dates and a PDF version of the past versions of the Ecological Mitigation Menu along with a short description of the changes made across versions. Previous versions of the mitigation menu website listed here may no longer be used or referenced when following label directions.
