Attention: PRIA 5 Fee Update
Effective October 1, 2024, there will be a 5% increase of pesticide registration service fees for covered applications under the Pesticide Registration Improvement Act of 2022 (PRIA 5). Under FIFRA section 33(b)(6)(A), all applications received on or after October 1, 2024, will be subject to the 5% fee increase from the levels in effect on September 30, 2024.
The fee tables, fee category interpretations, and other fee-related resources on the PRIA web page have been updated to reflect the fee increase.
