Description

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency , in cooperation with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, will host a community informational meeting on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. You are invited to learn more about the current and future activities happening at the Lane Plating Works, Inc. Superfund Site in Dallas, Texas.

The EPA will update the community on the final removal actions completed at the site, explain the results of the recent Feasibility Study and residential soil sampling, and discuss the upcoming Proposed Plan process. A brief question and answer session will follow. Members from the EPA, TCEQ, and Texas Department of State Health Services will be available to answer questions. You will have the opportunity to talk directly with agency representatives in an informal setting. We welcome your participation.
