Regulatory Checklists for States that Incorporate the Federal Regulations by Reference
This document provides of an example of an incorporation by reference (IBR) program revision package for regulatory documentation for federal provisions that a state is seeking authorization. The example document is used to track state analogs to federal citations and state initiated changes to the previously authorized program.
