The Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs are the nation's largest source of early stage, high risk research and development funding for small businesses. EPA’s SBIR Program supports small businesses to develop and commercialize their innovative environmental technologies. EPA's April Richards presents on EPA SBIR funding opportunities during the Agency Briefings session. She is also available to speak with you in the SBIR Pavilion.
EPA's People, Prosperity & the Planet’s (P3) Phase I teams will showcase their designs and prototypes at the National Student Design Expo in conjunction with the TechConnect World Innovation Conference and Expo. P3 is a two-phase competitive research grants program for teams of college/university students to address real-world problems by designing solutions that benefit people, promote prosperity and protect the planet. TechConnect provides teams a forum for networking and collaboration opportunities with fellow P3 teams and conference participants.
