EPA held a virtual public meeting on September 12-14, 2023, for the Science Advisory Committee on Chemicals (SACC) to consider and review EPA’s 2023 Draft Supplement to the 1,4-Dioxane Risk Evaluation under the Toxic Substances Control Act. The supplement and related documents, charge questions, presentations, public comments and other meeting-related documents are currently available at regulations.gov under the docket EPA-HQ-OPPT-2022-0905 (see links to specific documents below). The agency will consider the scientific advice, information and recommendations from the SACC, as well as public comments. 

On November 17, EPA released the meeting minutes and final report for this meeting.
