Underground Injection Control (UIC) Class I Non-hazardous Industrial Waste Disposal Well Permit issued to Bakersfield Renewable Fuels LLC (formerly Alon Bakersfield Property Inc.), located in Bakersfield, CA. The UIC Class I Permit authorizes Bakersfield Renewable Fuels LLC to continue operating three (3) active, existing wells: “Red Ribbon” WD-1, “Red Ribbon” WD-2, “Red Ribbon” WD-3 (the Existing Active Wells), one (1) currently inactive well: “Red Ribbon” 7 that will be plugged and abandoned (together with the Existing Active Wells, the Existing Wells), and up to four (4) proposed replacement wells: “Red Ribbon” WD-1D, “Red Ribbon” WD-2D, “Red Ribbon” WD-3D, and “Red Ribbon” 7D (the Proposed Replacement Wells).
