Action Plans provide a summary of known projects and efforts that are ongoing and funded in Arizona-Sonora and California-Baja California. They also track concrete activities, timeframes, and outputs and outcomes that fulfill the goals and objectives under the Border 2025 Framework (pdf) (3.86 MB, June 2021, EPA-906-B-21-001) . Overall, the Action Plans help align the program’s resources towards accomplishing unmet goals and objectives, inform future Action Plans and consider resource and priority changes.
