  This file contains the reporting requirements for Heavy-Duty Vehicle Phase I production volume and for all exempted off-road vehicles. Production volume reporting requirements for both Heavy-Duty Engines and Heavy-Duty Vehicle GHG Phase II will be are contained in a separate document (see below).
