Project Description
The Regional Wastewater Control Facility Project will rehabilitate the existing system to update outdated infrastructure and comply with effluent limits for nitrogen. This will include construction of new aeration basins and associated secondary clarifiers, consolidation of control room operations, and rehabilitation other components of the system. By rehabilitating its aging infrastructure and technology, the city of Stockton will reduce the amount of nitrogen discharged to surface water and improve the water quality in the California Delta.
