Superfund CLP Laboratories

Contract Laboratory Program (CLP) analytical laboratories must have a contract with the EPA. The EPA publishes solicitations for analytical services through FedConnect http://www.FedConnect.net and https://sam.gov. Offeror's proposals are evaluated for contract award in accordance with the solicitation requirements. During the contract term, the CLP laboratories are closely monitored to ensure compliance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and the terms and conditions of the contract.
