Texas Fuel Waiver concerning TxLED and Oxygenate requirements
On February 19, EPA issued a waiver of the Texas Low Emission Diesel (TxLED) and El Paso oxygenate requirements that apply in certain counties of Texas, through March 5, 2021. This was part of the EPA’s response to the unusually severe temperatures and frozen precipitation throughout the state of Texas.
