Past Meetings

The Historically Black Colleges and Universities and Minority Serving Institutions Advisory Council (HBCU-MSI AC) will convene a hybrid public meeting on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time in EPA headquarters. Read the Federal Register Notice.

The meeting is free and open to all members of the public. Individual registration for this event is REQUIRED. No two individuals can share the same registration link. Registration is open throughout the duration of the meeting.

Public Comment Period:Individuals or groups making remarks during the oral public comment period will be limited to two (2) to three (3) minutes. Please be prepared to briefly share your comments; including your recommendations on what you want the HBCU-MSI AC to advise EPA to do. Submitting written comments for the record are strongly encouraged.

The public can submit written comments in 2 different ways:

  1. Entering comments in the Docket EPA-HQ-OA-2024-0525 at https://www.regulations.gov.
  1. Sending comments via email to hbcu-msi.ac@epa.gov

Written comments can be submitted up to two weeks after the meeting closes on Thursday, December 5, 2024.
