Unified Report Form – Part 1090 Report (version 2.0)
Unified Report Form (version 2.0, January 2025) - The URF v2.0 contains the STR0100, STR0200, and STR0300 report forms. EPA is piloting the URF v2.0 for reports submitted to meet the March 31, 2025 compliance year deadline. Report submitters are encouraged to use this new version to support their compliance reporting process. The URF v2.0 provides direct feedback to users on common reporting problems. QA check codes specific to the STR0100, STR0200, and STR0300 report forms are displayed to indicate potential reporting errors, missing information, and other data quality alerts. Report submitters can reference the QA check descriptions to identify and correct potential issues before report submission.
