Reference Document for Hazardous Waste Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facilities
This document was developed to facilitate an interested parties' understanding of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act's (RCRA's) permitting requirements. It gathers, in one place, all publicly available permitting resources so that the general public, permit writers, states and Tribes can easily access them. These resources include permit appeals, proposed and final Federal Register Notices for title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) parts 264, 265, 266, 268, 270 and 124, flow charts of the permitting process, training modules, example permits, and links to the actual regulations.
