Summary

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency plans to approve a request from Vickery Environmental Inc. to reissue an existing exemption to the general ban to include Well No. 8, in the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, on land-based disposal of hazardous waste. The Agency will consider public comments on the proposed reissuance before making a final decision.
