LCR Lead Action Level Exceedance Template

When a PWS exceeds the lead (Pb) action level in the 90th percentile calculations, it must issue a public notice within 24 hours to inform the consumers about the potential lead impacts in their drinking water. You can use this template as a guide to prepare that public notice.
