Office of Air and Radiation Handbook for Interacting with Tribal Governments

The Handbook for Interacting with Tribal Governments provides a comprehensive guide for the Office of Air and Radiation’s (OAR) staff to working with tribal governments. The OAR Handbook is designed to provide specificity and guidance to OAR staff on how to conduct coordination and government-to-government consultation with tribal governments under the general umbrella of the EPA Policy on Consultation and Coordination with Indian Tribes.
