Organon Collaboration Best Practices

These Collaboration Best Practices are intended to provide project teams using the Organon with key considerations for achieving meaningful collaborations with partners. Project teams are not expected to integrate every one of these items into their processes; rather, these are activities to consider where relevant in each case.

Best practices for successful inclusive collaboration are divided into three categories:

1. Engaging Stakeholders and Partners
2. Promoting Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Environmental Justice (DEIJ)
3. Developing Sustainable Solutions and Social Cohesion.
